3. What are my shipping options?
Skirt ships packages via UPS. Standard ground shipping: 2-7 business days/ Express shipping: 1-2 business days.
4. When will I get my package?
Skirt ships packages via UPS. Orders placed on a business day will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled on the next business day. Standard ground shipping: 2-7 business days/ Express shipping: 1-2 business days.
5. How can I track my order?
For all shipped orders, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. If you have additional questions, please contact us at [email protected]
6. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel a recently placed order, please contact us at [email protected]. If your order has not been shipped we will gladly accomodate your request.
7. What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely in love with your selection, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be in new condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.
8. How can I return my order?
For your convenience, all packages will include a return label to return any merchandise that was not to your satisfaction. The return shipping fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your total refund.
9: When can I expect to receive my refund?
The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your refund upon reaching our headquarters. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
10: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we can gift wrap your order. There will be an option at check out to pay an additional $5.00 to have your item gift wrapped.
